Whee! Apparently, Squarespace was having a hiccup yesterday, so our posts are up today! I was out all day enjoying some painting & yoga fun with Connie and came home to a message from Roben saying she couldn't post!

Anyway, our theme this week was 'set in blocks.'

I decided to paint a background and experiment with masks and spray inks. I've seen Dina do awesome things this way, and wanted to try it myself. Well...it didn't come out as I wanted, but that just means I need to play some more! We often get an idea in our heads, see it not work out on the first try, and get frustrated enough to give up. Don't! Use your journal to experiment until you figure it out!
